Screenprint Pricing

As all customer needs differ, we ask that you call for an estimate.

When you call, all prices quoted are cash prices. If paying by credit card, 3% will be added to the total upon payment for your order. At this time, we do not offer net terms. If your company needs time to cut a check, we can accommodate you by pre-invoicing the order. Payment is due when order is placed - no exceptions. As of 1-1-2004 we no longer accept personal checks.

Shirts

The shirts that you choose to be printed on vary in price, depending upon brand, style, color, size, and quantity.

We carry:

  • Hanes (Heavyweight, Comfort T, Beefy T)
  • Jerzees
  • Anvil
  • Gildan (Ultra series)
  • Fruit of the Loom (Best, Heavy Cotton, Lofteez, Ringspun Tee)
  • and more....

Below are our standard pricing for print charges and setup charges.

Print Charges
As each job we do is custom, we will quote you a price per print for your screenprinting needs. Things that will affect price:

  • How many shirts?
  • How many prints per shirt?
  • Color of shirts?
  • How many colors is/are the print(s)?
  • When do you need them?

    • Screen Preparation Charges

    For preparing the screens for your print-run. This applies to all orders. If you need extra shirts, please try to plan this before we have printed your run of garments. Setup and screen preparation charges are NOT "one-time" charges. They are for the preparation of each order placed.

    $25 $20 per screen

      Artwork formats accepted:
    • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Vector format for PC
    • Corel Draw (.cdr) - Vector format for PC
    • Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) - Vector Format for PC
    Note: Bitmapped images embedded into a vector file are not considered to be vector. If your bitmapped images requires conversion to vector, art charges will apply for the time and effort required to make your art "print-ready". Please provide any necessary fonts and artwork on paper, as well as on disk to ensure that we can prepare the screens for your order with the highest level of reproduction accuracy.

    • Heat Transfer Numbering: 4", 6" or 8" Numbers
    • Logos printed on caps
    • Photos Transferred to t-shirts
    • Artwork Preparation: $40/hour for preparation time in excess of 30 minutes
